Hello, Airbuild
A new name — and nothing else moves. Your account, your projects and your published sites carry on exactly as they are. Here is where the name comes from, and what stands behind it.
From today we are Airbuild. New name, new logo, the same people behind it — and you will find us at airbuild.ai.
That is the whole change. The product, the team, the prices, your projects and the code in your repositories all stay exactly where they are. Your login works tomorrow the way it works today: nothing to migrate, nothing to re-authorize, nothing to re-configure.
What the name stands for
Air is two things at once. It is the cloud your software runs in — and it is how the work should feel on the way there: light, open, nothing to install, no environment to set up, nobody to wait for. Air is simply there, it goes everywhere, and it asks nothing of you. Build is the other half of the name, and it explains itself.
Say the name once and you can spell it, hear it once and you keep it.
What it names has not got any smaller. You describe what the software should do, and Airbuild builds it: the interface, the backend, the database and the APIs in between. It writes the tests and runs them before anything goes live, publishes to your own domain, hosts it in the EU and keeps an eye on it while it runs. The code sits in your own Git repository the whole time — yours to read, to take with you, to hand to any developer you choose.
That is what we want people to picture when they hear the name. Not a place to assemble a prototype: software you can put in front of your customers and keep running.
The practical details
Your account, login and projects. Prices, plans and your AI Task balance. Published sites keep the addresses they have today, and nothing in your repositories is rewritten. Nothing to migrate, nothing to re-authorize.
support@, sales@, privacy@ and the rest are now at airbuild.ai, listed where they always were. The addresses and links you already have keep reaching us and point at the new ones.
The company behind Airbuild is not renaming yet, so invoices, imprint, terms and the data-processing agreement still carry its existing name. Nothing you have on file needs updating, and we will say so well before that changes.
Name and logo move through the product, the website, our emails and the docs over the coming weeks — a piece at a time. Nothing breaks on the day, and no bookmark needs updating.
A logo that has not caught up, a signature, a screenshot in the docs. Tell us and we will fix it — replying to any email from us reaches a person.
